I want to emphasize again what I said on the last video:
If drinking just water makes you start feeling sick, you need salt and a little bit of sugar. Gatorade, soda, a pinch of ramen seasoning. anything to replace electrolytes.

Also, hydration by ANY MEANS. Basically anything except alcohol is going to be better than NOT DRINKING. Soda, tea, juice, whatever. Put fluids inside you. In most cases water is going to be best but anything is better than nothing.
"But I heard caffeine dehydrates-" your coffee does not have enough caffeine in it to turn its hydration value negative. It's less hydrating than something without caffeine, yes, but it's still more hydrating than NOT DRINKING.
