One of my friends was watching the cartoon movie this came from and linked it to me and.
I can... see why it stuck in her head but WHAT.

I know the song "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer" which is movie is based on. The logic of "hit and run by Santa" -> "suing Santa" makes perfect sense.
But the STYLE of this song is... who decided on this? What's with the "we have Carmen Miranda at home" outfits complete with fruit basket hats? Why's it have that shoddy background and questionable singing? (Probably to save money)
Do I want to watch the movie and see if there's any context for why a Christmas movie went tropical? (Friend says it's not bad... but it's not good)

Utterly strange.
